IEEE International Autumn Meeting on Power, Electronics and Computing took place in November 2018 in Ixtapa, Mexico and attracted 250 participants and 100 submitted papers. J. Dobrowolski, and F.R. Segundo from ZHAW in Winterthur, together with partners from UNAM in Mexico City, received the best paper award for their work entitled “Inter-area Oscillation Control Based on Eigensystem Realization Approach”.
